Data collection & verification
The archived GAL Reviews page says the website uses questionnaires and supporting documentation to help verify that submitted experiences come from parents or caregivers who have participated in custody matters in Alexandria's Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and/or Circuit Court.
Privacy first: This template intentionally does not enable real document upload. Before activating any upload system, use secure storage, clear consent language, retention/deletion rules, and safeguards for sensitive family-court records.
Do not submit children's identifying information, Social Security numbers, full birth dates, private medical information, or unredacted confidential records unless a secure and legally appropriate process has been implemented.
